| ok sir, basta gawin mo pag ng pull ka na ng front sabay yung jump at push, tpos just let loose your knees para mag bend, bigla na susunod ang likod nun na umangat.. kaya mo yan sir!... tip: video mo yung sarili mo then panoorin, dyan mo makikita yung tama at mali..  |

| teka huaan ko kung sino nag request.....yun yata yng hinahatid mo ng...either lagro/fairview/don antonio area ano?....parang shoulder lenght yung buhok tapos mga 11pm-12 mo hinahatid noon?...
baka naman next na makita namin na video ISKANDAL na! |
